All services provided by Grovance Digital are subject to a mutual agreement between both parties. Payments for digital services must be made according to the agreed terms before project delivery or completion.

We reserve the right to modify pricing or refuse service if payment terms are violated or communication ceases for extended periods.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate information, timely feedback, and necessary materials to ensure smooth project progress. Any delay caused by incomplete input from the client may extend project timelines.

5. Intellectual Property

All designs, graphics, and code created by Grovance Digital remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon payment, ownership transfers to the client for intended business use.

Grovance Digital reserves the right to display completed work in our portfolio for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Limitation of Liability

Grovance Digital will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or website. All services are provided on an “as is” basis.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate a project with written notice. In case of termination, clients must pay for completed work up to the termination date.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved through mutual agreement or in a competent court within Pakistan.
